Permission forms are due:

by June 1st

 

 

 

Your school Outing Forms need to be signed by both you and your parent, please don't forget the waiver and release of liability forms as well.

 

These can be brought in to Mrs. Swingle or with your classroom teacher.

 

Lunch will NOT be provided, so a lunch from home will be needed

 

We will be leaving here for 9:15am and arriving @12:15pm, lunch and a movie upon return
